Fiona Waugh has approaching 30 years of experience in commercial property agency and management to bring to her role as Managing Director at Grange Property Services. As a graduate of the Royal Agricultural College, with a Degree in Land Management, Fiona has a firm background in the management of commercial and rural property.
As part of her role as Director of the family farming business BBB Farms and Lynderswood Commercial Park, Fiona manages Lynderswood Business Park and Barnfield Caravan Storage, both successful examples of the diversification of a working farm into a viable commercial business. This experience provides direct insight into how best to meet the needs of her clients, in all aspects of commercial letting and property management.
